Ten Years is a collaboration with Emma Hoette.
After living in New York for Ten Years Emma decided to move to Europe to pursue a Masters and initially asked me to simply help her document the possessions she had amassed over the years before she got rid of many of them. What emerged over the many weekends I spent in Emma’s home was a unique time and space to share the richness of friendship, stories and place making. Through our creative practice, drinking tea, sharing food and many, many conversations we were able to tend to our friendship whilst also supporting one another's artistic practices.
